Welcome to Jenny's Emerald Hills

Jenny’s Kindergarten & Early Learning has finally arrived in Emerald Hills! This two-story, purpose built premium centre is licensed for 160 children per day and features 7 specialised rooms. Our rooms are designed to specifically cater for children as young as 6 weeks of age, right up until they attend school. We also have 3 purpose built outdoor areas, which are spacious and allow children to explore the natural environment.

Our education curriculum is carefully designed to ensure that children are provided the highest quality of care, while they explore and develop in an exciting and innovative learning environment never seen before in the industry.

Throughout the day children will engage within the six key learning areas, through our Jenny’s Kindergarten Specialised Early Learning Curriculum, which reflects the Early Years Learning Framework. These include S.T.E.M Education, Enviro Club, The Arts, Mind   Body   Soul, World Travelers and Community Links. We also have a structured term-based planned curriculum for our JK Prep. Our daily curriculum is tailored to meet the developmental needs and interests of each child individually, while also encouraging children within a group environment.

Here at Jenny's, we pride ourselves in providing our families with educators who are highly experienced, highly qualified and extremely passionate about Early Childhood Education and Care. We also have a dedicated Centre Chef who strives to provide our children with the highest quality and nutritious meals served fresh daily!

We can't wait to meet all of our new families, children and wider community!

 Centre Director: Ashleigh

Hi, my name is Ashleigh and I am the Centre Director here at Jenny’s Kindergarten & Early Learning Emerald Hills. I have been in the Early Childhood and Education and care sector for around 9 years now, and have spent many years working both on and off the floor working in many roles such as Assistant Educator, Centre Cook, Room Leader, Assistant Centre Manager and now a Centre Manager! Experiencing all levels of this industry has made me truly appreciate, acknowledge and understand everything that goes into Early Education.

My personal philosophy within my career is based around building relationships with not only the children and families, but also the wider community. This is shown through my involvement within each area of my work, including the effort I put into my centre. In doing so I am able to create a home away from the environment for all. I believe that each child is an individual and as an educator I will value and develop each child's strengths, interests, skills, abilities and knowledge to extend on their learning.

As management I believe teamwork makes the dream work. I strive to be the best leader and mentor to all staff, and pride myself on the relationships I create with my team. I believe in a solution-based approach and work hard to ensure my team is set up for success to complete their tasks and reach their professional goals.

My favourite part about working in Early Education is being able to be a part of every story, no matter how big or small, whether it’s a child or an educator. Having even the smallest impact can make a huge difference.

I look forward to being a part of all of our children’s stories, and seeing them learn and grow! I can’t wait to see what the future years hold.
