Centre Director: Natalie

My name is Natalie and I am the Centre Director at Jenny’s Kindergarten & Early Learning Narellan Vale. After completing my HSC in 1996, I enrolled at the University of Wollongong and completed my Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood in December 1999. Since gaining my first position as an Early Childhood Educator at this centre 22 years ago I have had a lot of experience working in various roles within the centre and have been Centre Director since 2005.

Working as the centre Director has allowed me to grow, understand and develop immensely as an Early Childhood Educator. I always aim to be a dedicated and passionate role model and mentor to all of our educators and to support and guide them all to be the best Educators they can be. After 22 years at Jenny's Kindergarten, I have developed amazing friendships with my educators who are more like a family to me. Being an Early Childhood Educator, guiding and supporting each child as they learn and develop and helping to give them the best start in their education is a privilege as well as being so rewarding.

Outside of work I am married and have two beautiful children. Being a Mum has truly helped me to understand the importance of a high quality, caring and loving environment, one of which we pride ourselves on here at Jenny’s Kindergarten Narellan Vale. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, watching the football, going on holidays with my family and friends and doing Physical Culture.

I look forward to many more years in the Early Childhood industry and continuing to develop and grow as an Early Childhood Educator.

Centre Director: Brooke

My name is Brooke, and I am the Centre Director at Jenny’s Kindergarten & Early Learning Narellan Vale.

I have always loved being around children of all ages and have enjoyed seeing the world through their eyes. My love for children is what lead me to the career I have today, and I am grateful for this.

I joined Jenny’s Kindergarten & Early Learning in early 2004, where I completed my Certificate III in Children’s Services. Following the completion of my Certificate III I then went on to complete my Diploma in Children’s Services and then onto my Bachelor of Teaching Birth to 5 years.

During my time at Jenny’s Kindergarten I have been fortunate to have had many wonderful opportunities to build my experience and knowledge within the early childhood industry and to work collaboratively with families and educators to provide a service we feel proud of. The educators are like family and our families feel this, bringing generations of families back to the service year after year.

During my time outside I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being active, playing netball and home decorating. Being a mother to two boys has been the greatest gift and I feel it has made me even more determined to create a loving, safe and caring environment for all of the children attending the Centre and to achieve the highest quality standard possible.
